Pu sa bum nim Jon denny
3rd Degree Black Belt
Instructor Profile & Credentials
PSBN Jon take the Tiny Dragons class at Lowestoft.
Biography
PSBN Jon started Kuk Sool Won under Master Martin Ducker in April 1993 at the age of 19. PSBN Jon admits he is not a natural when it comes to martial arts, he works hard, trains hard and puts the time and effort in.
"I'll always remember getting my Yellow Belt, that feeling of achievement, I was so proud of myself. After that, I knew this was where I belonged and I was in for the long haul. Once I got my brown belt in 1995 I started assisting with classes to do all that I could to give back to the school that had given me so much. I love seeing the spark of enjoyment in students eyes that I remember so well myself when understanding of a particular move or technique suddenly becomes apparent."
PSBN Jon obtained his 1st degree black belt in 1998 and qualified as an instructor in 2001 after completing the Instructor training program and 300 hours of assisting in class! He now instructs the Tiny Dragons class for 5-7 year olds.

Mentoring Instructors
Master Martin and Sa Bum Nim Darren Brown, who I admire and look up to greatly. I couldn't believe that such great martial artists would be so willing to pass on their knowledge and with such encouragement, I felt privileged to be a student in this school. Sa Bum Nim Kris French (then a Jyo Kyo Nim) was another inspiration. At 15 years of age and a black belt, he was everything I wanted to be when I was 15 years old.
