SBN Kev specialises in teaching the Childrens class at Lowestoft Kuk Sool Won
Biography
SBN Kev started kuk sool in late 1991 after an incident in his taxi involving being threatened with a knife . His friend invited him along to a kuk sool won class because he thought it would be a good way for him to get his confidence back ... and it worked !
One major problem for SBN Kev was his weight , he weighed in at just over 23 stone so walking through the door was probably one of the hardest things he ever had to do , but stuck with it because not only did he lose weight and gain confidence , it was a lot of fun to do too!
HeI gained his 1st degree black belt in 1996 and it was also this year that KJN Martin started to teach him how to teach others, by 1999 SBN Kev was teaching childrens classes twice a week which was very challenging but also very rewarding .
