Our courteous instructors are among the finest in the area and our martial art school prides it’s self on having an in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, along with the ability to develop a personal and constructive relationship with each student.
Our mission at our martial art schools is to make our students more confident and successful in life. We do this by teaching our martial art as a complete discipline for mind, body, spirit, which in addition to teaching self-defence, encourages the performance of high standards and respect for fellow men and women. Through our practice and teaching we strive to produce individuals who are positive, respected and contributed members of our society.
We offer a variety of different programmes to suit specific age groups which will be explained during our introductory programme. In the meantime why not take full advantage of our free beginner’s classes at the Waveney Sports Centre. Don’t forget, you don’t have to be overly fit to start.
